RCM

The Cantinho da Madeira was born in 2006 with the purpose of promoting the Autonomous Region of Madeira, especially to the Portuguese community in the world.

The non-profit project relies on the voluntary collaboration of several Portuguese residents in different countries.

In the domain www.cantinhodamadeira.pt can be found varied information on the Islands of Madeira and Porto Santo, which includes photos, texts and videos.

The project also includes an exclusively online radio: Rádio Cantinho da Madeira. Radio, licensed by the Portuguese Society of Authors, essentially broadcast Portuguese music 24 hours a day and currently has about 30 programs produced by Portuguese emigrants in the diaspora as well as by independent producers.

We also assume the role of dissemination and preservation of the Portuguese language in the communities.

The project is registered in the National Institute of Industrial Property and in the Regulatory Entity for Social Communication.
